How to pairing when first use

  1. Open the LASUNEY charging case,take out of two LASUNEY Earbuds
  2. Take off the plastic cover on two LASUNEY Earbuds firstly
  3. Then put the earbuds back and close the charging case
  4. Reopen the charging case ,wait about 5 seconds
    • The left earbuds indicator alternately flashes red and blue
    • The right ear buds will show the blue light with slow speed
    • The two Earbuds will pairing each other automatically
  5. Active the Bluetooth on your device Found and Connect the LASUNEY earbuds T2 L T30V
  6. if you connect “LASUNEY T2 L” successfully,you don’t need to connect ‘LASUNEY T2 R’

Note :
Please wait about 3s after connecting LASUNEY T2 L,it will pop out ‘pairing right earbuds request
Please must confirm the pairing request Then both of the earbuds can be used alone
The pairing process is complete

For android,which will show pair with bluetooth device: LASUNEY T2 R’
For IOS,which will show headset would like to pair with your iPhone

Issue:
1 one of ear bud stop working.
2 One of ear buds can’t pair.
3 Fail to connect ‘LASUNEY T2_L’ or ‘LASUNEY T2_R’

Solution:
Please do the pairing process again

What can I do?

  1. Delete the pairing record on your device firstly and the close the charging case
  2. Forget the device LASUNEY T2 L and LASUNEY T2 R from the Bluetooth on your cell phone
  3. Put the 2 earbuds into the charging case and close it
  4. Reopen the charging Case the left earbuds indicator alternately flashes red and blue and the right earbuds will show blue light with slow speed

If your problem still can’t solve,please check whether have the following phenomenon,one of earbuds keep flashing blue light with fast speed,both of two earbuds indicator alternately fresh red and blue.

  1. Forget the device Bluetooth Pairing record LASUNEY T2 R and LASUNEY T2 L on your mobile phone
  2. The Earbuds should be turned off before Reset LASUNEY Earbuds
  3. LASUNEY Earbuds Reset Step 1:
    1. Take both of the earbuds and touch the touch panel and hold for 5s
    2. Don’t release the touch until hearing ‘power off’ from two earbuds
  4. LASUNEY Earbuds Step 2:
    1. Touch two earbuds’ touch panel and hold for 10s
    2. Don’t release the touch until hearing three short beep from two earbuds
  5. Then LASUNEY Earbuds Reset has been finished.
  6. You need to wait about 5s Now your can pair with your device

LASUNEY earbuds Instructions:

  • Don’t have master/slave relationship
  • In binaural mode,only need to put any earphone back into the charging case and the other earphone will continues to work
  • Under single ear mode,whichever earphone you use,take out another earphone,they will automatically connect and convert to binaural mode.
  • Note: if you connect “LASUNEY T2 L” successfully,you don’t need to connect ‘LASUNEY T2 R’

Issue
Your device can’t find the Bluetooth nemed ‘LASUNEY T2 L’ and ‘LASUNEY T2 R’
Two earbuds show blue light with slow speed.

Solution:
Check whether earbuds connect with other device automatically.
You need to disconnect them with other device.

How to charging LASUNEY earbuds?

  • Put the earbuds into the charging case , it will automaticlly charging
  • Please make sure the charging box has battery ,fully charged is better.

How to charging the Charging Case?

  • Use Type C cable plus with the USB port

Attention:

1 Please fully charged the device befor using it,if long time no used.
2 The earbuds will automatically turn on and pairing when open the charging case
3 Our wireless earbuds will connect with the latest device automatically after using.
4 Do not put the device in high temperature environment or into fire,as not to damage the battery.
5 To avoid damaging the batttery , do not put the products into hight temperature environment or fire.
6 Deal with the waste batteries according to national regulations.

QCY G1 Reset

How to Reset QCY G1 to Factory Resetting

  1. Push QCY G1 earbuds into case
  2. Keep pressing button on case for 10s or until LED blinks green 3 times to reset and power on
    earbuds.
  3. If all success, QCY G1 Reset complete!

QCY G1 Pairing

How to Pairing QCY G1 to connect

  1. Open QCY G1 Charging Case and pick up earbuds to power them on.
  2. On phone, search for QCY-G1 and tap to connect.
  3. If connect success, QCY G1 Pairing complete!
  4. Once again power on earbuds and they will auto reconnect to the last phone in
  5. connectivity records,if any.

One Press to Turn Connectable

1.Earbuds have been connected to phone.
2.Push earbuds into case,open case and keep pressing button on case for 3s or until LED turns solid blue.Pick up earbuds again to turn them connectable to phone.

  • Power-on: keep touching the panel for 1.5s
  • Power-off: push earbuds back in case
  • Answer/end call: double touch the panel
  • Ignore call: keep touching the panel for 1.5s
  • Skip track backward: keep touching left panel for 1.5s
  • Skip track forward: keep touching right panel for 1.5s
  • Voice assistant: triple touch left panel
  • Playback/pause: double touch the panel
  • Game mode: triple touch right panel

2.The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3.If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks,please recharge.
4.Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
5.If the earbuds cannot be found by your phone,please check whether they are in pairing mode;if left unconnected for a long while,the earbuds will exit pairing mode,please re-enter the mode;if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it;if a procedure error of the earbuds occurs,reboot or
reset it.
