How to Reset QCY T9
Factory Setting
- On cellphone, delete the connectivity records of QCY-T9
- Power off earbuds first before reset QCY T9 Earbuds. Hold MFBs for 10s or until LEDs blink red and green 3 times to set earbuds to factory
- After factory setting, please refer to build connection with cellphone
- If all steps success, QCY T9 Reset complete!
- Please try the following steps if earbuds fail to connect
QCY T9 Pairing
How to Pairing QCY T9
First Time Pairing
- Pick up both earbuds, pop both earbuds into the case to activate them
- Pick up both earbuds again
- On cellphone, search for QCY-T9 and tap to connect
- If paired success, QCY T9 Pairing complete!
- Once paired earbuds will auto power on upon picking up from the case. If earbuds fail to auto power on, please charge them and try again
Switch Paired Device
Turn off phone a’s Bluetooth faculty and earbuds will auto
disconnect and enter into pairing mode
On phone B, search for QCY-T9 and tap to connect Multi-point connection is not available. Earbuds will auto reconnect to phone B phone powering up again
QCY T9 Mono mode
- Power off earbuds, keep touching either panel for 5s to enter pairing mode(LEd blinks red and green
- On cellphone, search for QCY-T9 and tap to connect
- Connected
QCY T9 Touch Control
- Power on:
- Hold MFB for 1s when power off
- pick up earbuds from case when charging
- Power off:
- Hold MFB for 3s (two earbuds will power off together if they are not connected to device)
- pull back into case
- Factory setting: Hold MFB for 10s when power off
- Answer / end call : Press MFB while incoming call / calling
- Ignore call: Press MFB while incoming call
- Voice assistant: Hold MFB for 1s while connected
- Mute on / off: Double press MFB while calling
- Music pause resume playing: Press MFB while Play
- Skip track: Double press MFB on right / left earbuds to skip track forward / backward
- Switch call to earbuds: Hold MFB for 1s while switch call to earbuds
- Switch call to phone: Hold MFB for 1s while call handled by earbuds
QCY T9 How to Wear
- Rotate earbud and pop it into your ear then shake head to check wearing stability
- Please adjust mic towards your mouth to gain better calling experience
QCY T9 Three-way Calling Switch
Press MFB to answer incoming call. If another call is coming in sync, press MFB to put the first call on hold while activating the second call or hold MFB to ignore the second call. Double press MFB to switch between held call and active call
QCY T9 Charging Earbud
Push earbuds into case then close the lid and earbuds will auto be charged. LEDs will glow solid red when charging and turn green for 1 minute once topped up

Please charge the case via USB cable
Battery level< 60%: LEd blinks red Battery level between 60% and 95% led blinks green Battery level>95%: LED blinks white

QCY T9 Tips
- Before using the headset, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference
- The headset need to be fully charged prior to first-time use
- If the headset is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically
- Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer
- If the headset cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is in pairing mode; if left unconnected for a long while, the headset will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode; if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it; if a procedure error of the headset occurs, reboot or reset it
QCY T9 Caveats
- Never disassemble or modify your headset for any reasons to avoid any damages and danger
- Do not store the headset in extreme temperatures(under 0° Cor over45°C animals the indicator close to the eyes of children or
- Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals
- Do not use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid regular function and increased risk of electric shock
